It would be still advisable to have this Yoga 2 Pro device be brought to any local service providers near your area for it to be inspected thoroughly and for further recommendation on what needs to be done to it as well so that it'll work/function properly again. Thanks in advance.Īpologies for the delayed response as well. And about the local services, I' trying to take it somewhere but if there' a solution better than taking it to someone that would be better. Ok so, i opened the back and removed the battery and re-placed it but nothing changed, i tried turning it on without the battery while plugged in and nothing worked either, so i watched some videos on youtube to see what might be the reason to that, and one of them showed that their lenovo yoga 2 laptop isn' turning on but then he removed the CMOS battery and placed it back after 30s and the laptop turned on, i was hoping you could tell me if that might be the problem, and i know the CMOS battery is for date and time, but if i remove it then place it back will it affect the hard drive or something? I tried looking that the pdf you told me to see but nothing really helped me.
